Alignment with the goals of the customer is critical. For each new project, we gain a clear understanding of the business drivers and key performance indicators and ensure that productivity solutions are targeted to meet business needs.

Safety is always a primary concern. Our productivity and automation solutions promote the health and safety of the operator and the consumer, reducing potential for contamination, repetitive stress injuries and other hazards.

Operational excellence

Operational excellence is not confined to a single business. It is the goal of all members of the supply chain. We actively support Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma initiatives throughout the design and implementation of our machine and production line solutions. For example, we will design to minimise changeover times and where possible eliminate waste caused by start-up and shut-down. Further lost time is minimised by working with materials suppliers to ensure that they deliver in the correct format and specification.

ITCM proactively encourages and supports Continuous Improvement initiatives with our customers. We promote fact-based decision making with our customers, partnering to generate and evaluate new ideas and participating in Kaizen activities.

Following delivery of a machine, ITCM supports operators and technical staff in ongoing improvement activities, ensuring that valuable learning is captured and translated into action. This maximises availability and production efficiency of the production line.
