ITCM is highly skilled with the precise dosing and filling of liquids, gels and aerosols. Precision dosing reduces ‘give-away’, improves product quality and ensures regulatory compliance. We have the capabilities to work with aerosol perfumes, gels and creams, drinks and alcoholic beverages, cosmetics and beauty products, detergents and household products, food ingredients and medicines.

As with all projects, a fundamental understanding of the individual product characteristics is essential as a key input to the design of the machine solution. This will impact, for example, on the choice of pump technology and the methods of ensuring a precise, homogenous dose, without splashing, spilling or contamination.

ITCM develops liquid dosing filling machines and created new and novel solutions for the precise dosing and filling of hot and cold liquids. Our expertise lies in the ability to dose rapidly and accurately over a wide range of volumes. We have the expertise for filling volumes ranging from 0.05ml to 2000ml and at speeds of typically 500 products per minute dependent upon application. Whether dosing smaller quantities such as additives, perfumes and colourings or filling more specialised containers, ITCM has the experience to satisfy these needs. ITCM is familiar with leading edge filling technologies and can, where necessary, design machines to satisfy the explosion-proofing directives such as ATEX and DSEAR.
