Recent graduates

Recent graduates at ITCM have real responsibility from the start of their career as an engineer. ITCM employs just a few exceptional graduates each year, whose achievements have marked them out from the crowd.

Newly-qualified engineers will join an experienced team who help to advance their development by passing on their knowledge and skills. We also allocate a mentor, someone who offers advice and guidance as new engineers transition from the academic to the professional world.

We support and encourage all of our engineers to take control of their career and provide further development and training to help them achieve industry-recognised professional qualifications. Once recent graduates start training with ITCM, the next step is to gain the chartered engineer qualification (CEng). In addition to technical development and experience, we also develop the skills necessary to manage people, budgets and client expectations.
