The Company
ITCM is the special-purpose machinery division of Molins PLC, an international business providing high performance machinery and services for the production and packaging of consumer products. ITCM plays a pivotal role in helping clients to generate new products and in ensuring their successful launch to market through the design and development of advanced processing and packaging technologies for manufacture.
Based in a semi-rural location next to the prestigious University of Warwick, the business is housed in a purpose built facility. Clients include Unilever, GSK, Johnson and Johnson and Philip Morris International, to name just a few.
Position: Electrical Engineer

Reporting to: Control Systems Director
The Candidate
The candidate would be qualified to degree level in electrical engineering or closely related control systems discipline. A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience having worked for special purpose machine manufacturers in the packaging sector is desired. You will be responsible for providing specialist expertise on control and safety systems throughout their lifecycle. Experience of working with Rockwell and Siemens equipment along with a working knowledge of Autocad Electrical is very desirable.
The successful applicant will have a positive outlook with tenacity and persistence to succeed. You will be able to demonstrate innovative problem solving ability together with a practical aptitude. He or she will be passionate about both personal and engineering success and will bring an open mind, ready to challenge and actively support ongoing development and growth of the business.
