ITCM plays a pivotal role in helping clients to generate new products and in ensuring their successful launch to market through the design and development of advanced processing and packaging technologies for manufacture.

Position: Account Manager

Reporting to:  Business Development Director

The Candidate

We are looking for a motivated and personable individual with a proven track record selling high-value, capital equipment into the FMCG sectors. The ideal applicant will have significant experience and success selling into the pharma, health, food & drink or personal care markets and must be comfortable working in an innovative technology environment.

The successful candidate will be experienced in cold calling, ‘opening doors’ with new customers and in building and maintaining strong business relationships with senior decision makers. He or she must also be able to demonstrate the ability to generate and qualify new sales opportunities for ITCM from scratch followed by direct support in the generation of written technical proposals to win new projects.

Position: Mechanical Engineer

Reporting to:  Project Group Director

We are looking to expand the team with Mechanical Engineers to work on prototype designs from concept to completion. A wide ranging role including: customer liaison; concept generation; project management; leading the design and build for the mechanical function; testing, experimentation and development; providing customer support.

The Candidate

The candidate would be qualified to degree level in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 5 + years’ experience having worked in a mechanical engineering environment and possibly with or working towards chartered status. You will ideally be able to demonstrate innovative problem solving ability together with a practical aptitude. Experience in mechanical systems or machine automation would be an advantage.
