Global aftermarket support

The bespoke nature of our projects presents a unique service and support challenge. Our aftermarket team rises to meet these challenges, providing global support with a local focus. Engineering knowledge and expertise is maintained at our central office in Coventry, with regional aftermarket departments providing hands-on support. ITCM has regional support in Europe, North and South America and the Far East.

Prior to shipping new equipment, technicians nearest the installation site come to our facility in Coventry and work directly with the engineers that have designed and built the machine. These technicians are present during the crucial phase prior to factory acceptance testing where they gain experience fine tuning the machine. Open communication is maintained throughout our support network, so that any engineers and technicians are updated quickly with any new insights or developments.

Continuous improvement

ITCM engineers provide continuous improvement support for each machine throughout its lifetime. Our customers retain access to the original engineering expertise throughout the lifecycle of the machine. We regularly provide support for introducing new product formats on existing equipment. Over time, we are able to not only support existing designs, but also retrofit new technology to increase performance and reliability. Continuous improvement helps to maintain our customer’s competitive edge and ensures a long lifecycle for machine and product alike.
