Our key resource is our multi-disciplined professional engineers. We have over 50 professional, highly qualified engineers, many with further degree qualifications. This is in addition to technicians and support staff. This team is dedicated to innovative products and the development and building of new machinery. Our engineers are recruited with a range of skills in areas such as mechanical, electrical, control systems, electronics and design engineering.

Our project teams contain a mix of graduate engineers – whose novel ideas often enable us to break new ground – allied with more experienced design engineers who bring with them the knowledge and skills to deliver robust solutions.
