A global medical devices company has employed ITCM to deliver a higher throughput manufacturing machine for an innovative new product.

With ITCM's product development work, the machine is able to handle over 250 product variants without size change parts. The result is a much more efficient manufacturing line for the product, with increased output, reduced waste and a significant manning reduction on the line.
