ITCM have worked for one of the top pharmaceutical companies to increase production output of a powder filling line. We have a core competency in continuous motion, high speed powder handling and dosing, which has been employed to design an all new dosing and forming machine. Production is now running at a three times increase in line speed, delivering significant improvements in output and investment efficiency.

As part of this project ITCM offered a full validation service, including operating in accordance with GAMP 4 and relevant GxMP's.
